[vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]So you’re ready to book the Pedal Wagon! We can’t wait to pedal with you and want to share our 4 tips to make your experience the best possible one you can have.

1. Gather Your Crew

Pedal Wagon cruises are the perfect way to get any group together. Whether you’re celebrating a birthday, planning a work outing, or simply just looking for a fun way to explore the city, we’ll take you on a pedal-powered adventure that you won’t soon forget.

We offer everything from single-seats on public cruises (the wagon must have 8 riders in order to launch) to multiple-wagon private cruises (each wagons holds up to 16 riders). It’s the perfect way to meet new friends or get the whole company together!

We also allow riders of any age to board the wagon, making our cruises a fun celebration at any age. If there are any riders that are under the age of 21, there is no alcohol allowed on the wagon. We’ll happily make stops at local donut shops, ice cream parlors, and landmarks instead of our partner bars!

Have someone in your group who might not be interested in pedaling? No problem! Each of our wagons have at least 4 seats where riders don’t have to pedal. Reminder: not all of our wagons have electric assists. Please be sure to call before booking if your group needs a wagon with an electric assist.

2. Get Creative

We roll 7 days a week all year round and encourage our riders to get creative during their rides!

Each of our cruises has a predetermined route, but if there’s something that you have in mind that would make your Pedal Wagon experience special, we’ll do everything we can to make it work.

We’ve done everything from mural cruises to making stops at museums! Depending on how unique your idea is, we may need some time to prepare, so please be sure to give us a call with your idea before booking!

Want to deck out the wagon in a certain theme? Want to stop at a particular one of our partner establishments? Want to take a photo in front of a cool landmark? No problem! Just let your Captain know ahead of time and we’ll do everything we can to make it work.

Oh, and we let you play your own music, so be sure to make a special playlist ahead of time!

3. Prepare

While there really isn’t much that you have to do ahead of your Pedal Wagon cruise, we find it’s always best to be prepared.
Please read through your city’s FAQ page to find the complete list of instructions, but here’s a high-level overview of what we always recommend:

    • Dress comfortably and for the season – remember you will be pedaling and you will be outside for at least part of your experience!
    • Bring a valid form of identification – all riders need one in order to ride.
    • Complete the liability waiver – all riders must fill this out before they ride.
    • Review our alcohol policy – we’re BYOB, but with restrictions and won’t let certain things on board.
    • Review your meeting location – meeting locations vary depending on which cruise you’re riding, so please be sure to review this!
    • Bring a happy mindset – Remember, we roll rain or shine and pedaling is required for most riders. We find that when you come to have fun, you will have fun!

We’ll cover the rest! We’ll provide ice, coolers, helmets, ponchos (for sale), water (for sale), wristbands/handstamps and a Captain to guide the way.

4. Relax, and have fun!

We’re in this business to provide a fun, safe way for people to get together while experiencing the best of what their city has to offer.

We’ve been in business since 2011, so you can trust that our growing team is doing everything they can to make your Pedal Wagon cruise as special as possible for you and your group.

We’ve built amazing relationships with our local communities and local partner establishments along the way and can’t wait to show them off to you!

That’s all, folks. As always, please feel free to reach out with any questions! [/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row]
